How to apply
- The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday, 5th July 2024
- Only Irish registered charities may apply
- Maximum funding of 6,000 Euros per project
- No funding for salaries or bursaries
- Projects should be Ireland-based
- Selected charities will be notified by 31 August 2024
- Funds will be distributed in December 2024

The funding information is also posted on The Wheel each year.
Once applications are received and reviewed by the ICBD Charity Committee. According to established selection criteria, the ICBD Charity Committee then creates a shortlist of potential beneficiaries.
Members of the Organising Committee then visit the potential beneficiaries to learn more about their project in detail. The exact amounts of donations will only be determined after the Bazaar and depend on the funds raised.
Beneficiaries are invited to have a stand at the Bazaar to publicise their project.
